Cason degli Ulivi was built in the eighteenth century and for many years it was a farmstead at the service of the surrounding vine fields. When the land was sold, the estate became the summer residence of its owners until it was bought in 2007 and used as a private riding facility, complete with horses and stables. Today Cason degli Ulivi is a place of rest steeped in nature, well connected to major attractions of the Lake Garda area. At our facility you will be welcomed like family, with the utmost respect for your spaces and habits.
The park of Cason degli Ulivi is home to different centuries-old trees, including olives, spruces, black pines, Lebanese cedars and bamboos. Guests can stroll through the park and relax in the company of their children or friends. The spacious lawn adjacent to the facility is the ideal spot for your furry friends, who will enjoy running free. The entire area is enclosed by fencing.
What could be better for body and soul than a dip in the pool? At Cason degli Ulivi you can enjoy the
spacious pool set in a patio with sunbeds, umbrellas, a gazebo and comfortable sofas, so that you can enjoy
a drink as you listen to the cicadas sing.
The pool is our pride and joy: entirely renovated, it features a Prun or Lessinia stone floor and is fitted with
a salt water filtration system for a chlorine-free bathing experience that imperceptibly increases water
salinity.
